Trobentica (znanstveno ime Primula vulgaris) je najbolj razširjena predstavnica rodu jegličev v Sloveniji. Poznana je po nagubanih, spodaj dlakavih listih, cvetovi so na kratkih pecljih, različnih barv. Cveti od januarja pa vse do maja.
Himalajska cedra cepljena na deblo ima bolj enakomerno krošnjo kot grmičasta oblika. Zraste do 80 cm visoko, v širno lahko do cca 1,5 m. Primerna za grobove, gredice, skalnjake.
